Orders

Please check product choices, spelling, names, sizes and personalisation carefully before submitting an order. We may contact you if information is unclear.

Custom artwork and proofs

Choose your product and options, send us the wording or artwork requested, and we will contact you if anything needs clarifying. Where a proof is required, production begins after you approve it. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use artwork, logos, photographs or other material you ask us to reproduce.

Pricing and payment

Prices shown are in GBP. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Bank-transfer orders are not treated as paid until payment has been received and confirmed.

Delivery

Standard orders are usually produced within 3–5 working days. Production times are separate from carrier delivery times and may vary during busy periods.

Returns and cancellations

If there is a fault or error with your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can put it right. Personalised or made-to-order items normally cannot be returned simply because you change your mind, unless they are faulty or not as described.
