How long will my order take?
Standard orders are usually produced within 3–5 working days. Need it sooner? Contact us before ordering to ask about rush availability.
How do I personalise an item?
Use the personalisation and option fields shown on the product page. If we need anything else, we will contact you using the details supplied at checkout.
Can I send my own logo or artwork?
Yes. Contact us about your project. Clear, high-resolution artwork is best; vector PDF, SVG or EPS files are ideal for logos where available. High-resolution PNG or JPG files may also be suitable.
Will I see a proof?
For work that requires a design proof, we will ask you to approve it before production. Please check spelling, names, sizes and layout carefully.
How much is delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £3.95. Orders over £50.00 qualify for free standard UK delivery.
Can personalised products be returned?
If there is a fault or error with your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can put it right. Personalised or made-to-order items normally cannot be returned simply because you change your mind, unless they are faulty or not as described.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes. Choose your product and options, send us the wording or artwork requested, and we will contact you if anything needs clarifying. Where a proof is required, production begins after you approve it.
